I understand the complexities and nuances involved in supporting children with autism. The sleepless nights, the meltdowns, the leg discomfort from toe walking, difficulty in communication, and so much more. I was overwhelmed with surviving in the moment and the amount of possible solutions that could potentially support our family's experience. I am also driven by a belief that there is gift our children with these diagnosis bring in with their neurodivergence and it is overshadowed by inflammation in the body and brain and a world that has expectations that aren’t in alignment with our children’s natural rhythm. I have learned and seen first hand, that when we change our perspective and add alternative tools to traditional ones, we can address the underlying discomfort that our children are experiencing and allow them to shine in who they are.

Parenting children on the spectrum can be isolating, defeating, and incredibly overwhelming, but it can also be joyful and incredibly special. The Navigating Brilliance Mentoring Program provides 3 months of mentoring - teaching parents how to advocate for themselves and teaching them how find and and utilize holistic tools to calm the body and mind and increase gifts.
